COVID-19

Weaber Lumber has instituted strict protocols at its Pennsylvania locations including limitation of non-essential manufacturing and operations, appropriate social distancing, employee training to recognize symptoms, and guidance on appropriate hand washing procedures. Specifically, Weaber Lumber has begun instituting the following protocols consistent with the directives of the CDC and the Pennsylvania Department of Health to best protect our workforce and the community in all of our Pennsylvania facilities (Lebanon, PA Office/Mill; Lebanon, PA Distribution Center; Titusville, PA ChoiceWoods Office/Mill):

  • To protect the public at large and our employees, our Main Office and Design Center are closed to all visitors and Non-Essential employees

  • Cessation of visitors or vendors to all other facilities; coordinate business without face to face interaction

  • Work-From-Home protocols have been implemented

  • Non-Essential production activities and business operations have been suspended (flooring and moulding manufacturing are discontinued)

  • Encouraging high risk employees to take leave from the workplace

  • Prohibition for workforce to gather in lunch and break rooms

  • Continue social distancing at all times in the mills and offices

  • Designate someone to clean/disinfect throughout the day all surfaces regularly touched.

  • Upon arrival, have someone take temperatures of employees and observe them washing their hands.
