State Of The Art Facility

Weaber Lumber is one of the nation's leading hardwood manufacturers. The combination of advanced technology and strict standards help our state of the art facility produce High Quality Hardwood Products. It's this quality that our customers have come to rely on.

Log Yard

Renowned for its quality hardwood forest, Weaber Lumber resides in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains. There Weaber predominately processes Red Oak, White Oak and Poplar timber within a 130 mile radius of the mill. This insures that all of our products are made in the U.S.A.!

Lumber Production

Our quality control starts in the forest and continues throughout our whole mill. As we process each log, we maximize our board yield with sophisticated computer technology. This is followed up by our quality control inspection stations where our graders follow a strict code of standards to separate the lumber.

Drying Process

During the drying process, our large capacity kilns are capable of processing 2.5 million board feet of lumber during each drying schedule. The kiln loads are closely monitored by computer software and our highly trained kiln operators ensure accurate moisture content.

Hardwood Products

We then process the kiln dried lumber through our state-of-the-art secondary wood processing plant. Here we manufacture finished products such as surfaced four side boards, mouldings, unfinished flooring, stair parts and more. By controlling the entire process from forest to finished boards, we can guarantee the best quality in the industry.

Distribution

At our Distribution Center we have the capacity to store 6 million board feet of finished product. This dry storage facility offers a clean and ideal location to provide prompt shipment to our customers throughout the country.

Sales & Service

With our management, sales personnel, and production team closely networked, we can keep a "hands on" approach to the needs of our customers. Whether you require full truck loads or small lot deliveries, we have the right team to meet your individual needs.
